Elyse Williams, our fearless leader is the brains, the beauty and creative genius behind every production. Born in the boiling hot desert of Palm Springs, California, she traveled East scorching her path to fame and fortune. Remember when Radio was King? She’s started there rippin’ and readin’ news, engineering spots, casting voice talent, hosting shows and lending her golden tones on the air as a DJ. Turning over career rocks in Memphis, Nashville, Miami, L.A. and Charlotte, Elyse walked out of the radio booths and into the studios of South Carolina Educational Television.

The director’s chair had her name on it. It was there, she wrote, directed, produced and wrangled South Carolina politicians (not an easy as it sounds). Throwing up her hands in frustration with the governmentally, politically and oft mentally challenges, she left the world of public television. And then…she was back. This time as writer/producer of Everyday Edisons, an Emmy Award-winning PBS series. In 1988, she, like most rebels, decided to “go it alone” with her own production company, EAW Productions, LLC.
